What areas do you cover?
I live in Southbourne, and I cover Bournemouth, Poole and BH23 - Christchurch.
For one-off services like pet-taxi and wedding chaperoning, I may be able to accommodate further out, just get in touch!
How long are walks?
Walks can last from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your dogs needs.
Please note - pickup and drop off are not included in the walk time.
What if my pet has special care requirements?
That’s no problem - at the meet and greet this will be discussed, we will tailor a plan to suit you and your dogs needs.
How many dogs do you walk?
Group walks will be no more than 3-4 dogs at once.
Each and every group will be carefully matched for sociability and temperament.
Do I need to be home for pickup and drop off?
Not necessarily - many clients provide key access or a key safe.
Your keys will only ever be marked with your dogs name.
I pride myself on treating your home and security with the utmost care, and I am very than happy to provide references and my enhanced DBS check.
Do you have insurance and certifications?
Absolutely, I have pet first aid training - including canine CPR training.
I can provide an Enhanced DBS Check.
I also have public indemnity and pet insurance.
What will happen in an emergency?
You will always be contacted first. If your dog requires veterinary treatment your dog will be taken directly to your vet. For minor things I will use my pet first aid training and update you accordingly.
Rest assured - no matter the issue, your dog will receive the very best care and you will be kept completely in the know.
